A written lift plan for critical or complex lifts, built around your site and your work flow.
When a lift calls for a closer look, we visit the site beforehand to check access, ground conditions, overhead hazards, and where the truck will set up.
Posted rates, no surprises on the invoice.

Rates in effect since January 1, 2026.
Crane time is billed as a flat hourly rate that includes the drive to your site and the drive back. There is no separate mobilization fee, and time is billed as worked, without rounding up to the next quarter hour.
No extra charge for moving the crane to another spot on the same site. No rigging surcharges. Sales tax is the only addition.
We review your project with you, determining feasibility and whether a pre-lift site visit is required.
Tom works with you to create a lift plan that fits your site and work flow. If yours is a critical lift, we will supply you with a written lift plan.

Our boom truck is built for loads of 10,000 lbs or less and reach of 90 ft or less. We look at the load, radius, access, and site conditions to decide whether our equipment is the right choice.
